The Volvo Masters of Asia, which brings together the top 60 players
on the Asian Tour, will be staged at Thai Country Club, Bangkok
from December 14-17.
"We thought this would be a novel way to publicise the Volvo
Masters of Asia," said Mel Pyatt, President & Chief Executive
Officer, Volvo Event Management.
"The Skytrain is used by tens of thousands of commuters every
day and can be seen from office blocks throughout the city.
"The leading golfers in Asia will be playing in the Volvo
Masters of Asia and by using their images on the Skytrain we are
giving them exposure to the Bangkok travelling public.
"Hopefully they will be interested enough to come out and
have a look at the players in action at Thai Country Club."
