Daniel Chopra in contention again

Sweden's Daniel Chopra moved into contention at the Zurich Classic of New Orleans with a second round of four-under-par 68 on Friday.

Chopra, a former regular on the Asian Tour, carded five birdies against a lone bogey for a two-day total of six-under-par 138 to lie four behind leader Mark Calcavecchia, who carded a 69 in the US PGA Tour event.

Korea's Charlie also made a move up the leaderboard into tied 20th place after shooting a 69. Wi was five under for the round but stumbled with a late double bogey. American Ted Purdy was also on 140 alongside Wi, as well as Australian Jarrod Lyle who added a 69 to his opening round's 71.
