Choi falls further back with 76

Choi Kyung-ju endured a frustrating day in the office as he carded a six-over-par 76 in the third round of the Arnold Palmer Invitational on Saturday.

The Korean star, who started his campaign with a solid 67, slipped back even further in the US PGA Tour event, dropping from his overnight 39th place to 62nd after accumulating six bogeys, one double bogey against two birdies.

Compatriot Yang Yong-eun also suffered a difficult round, shooting a 79 for 74th place.

American Vaughn Taylor leads the elite field on 202 with Ben Curtis lying two shots back in second place and Vijay Singh being a further stroke back alongside Tom Lehman.

World number one Tiger Woods will enter the final round five shots off the pace.
