More about the Laguna National G&CC
The
Laguna National Golf and Country Club offers some of the best facilities
in the world. It has a wide range of food and beverage outlets,
recreational facilities as well as a resort spa. The Laguna National
Golf and Country Club courses have also been voted as among the
best in the world as rated by Golf Digest International and Asian
Golf Monthly.
The Club has two renowned courses, the Masters and the Classic courses,
both created by Dye Design, a highly reputable golf course designing
company.
The Masters Course follows the old Scottish masters style design,
with prominent water hazards and a layout that will challenge even
the best of golfers in every aspect of the game. The Classic Course
requires a slightly different strategy. The holes are generally
shorter in length compared to the Masters course and a lot of emphasis
is placed on the golfers short game.
Course record:
Masters Course: Nick OHern 64 (2002 Singapore Masters)
Classic Course: Thongchai Jaidee 66 (1998 Singapore Open
Amateur Golf Championship)
