13 Asian Tour members in world top 200

A total of 13 Asian Tour members are presently ranked in the top-200 of the Official World Golf Ranking published on Monday (week 31).

Honorary Asian Tour member Vijay Singh of Fiji leads the pack at 11th position in the rankings where Tiger Woods remains on the top, followed by Indian star Jeev Milkha Singh who is ranked in 41st place.

Thailand's Thongchai Jaidee, a 12-time Asian Tour winner and current Order of Merit leader, moved up two spots to 50th place while another honorary member K.J. Choi of Korea lies in 56th place.

Thailand's Prayad Marksaeng is 63rd in the world while two other members who are currently in the top-100 are Japan's Hiroyuki Fujita and Black Mountain Masters winner Johan Edfors of Sweden. They are ranked in 79th and 98th respectively.

The other players in the top-200 include: Chinese Taipei's Lin Wen-tang (105th), Korean duo Charlie Wi (107th) and Yang Yong-eun (114th), Australia's Scott Strange (125th), Sweden's Daniel Chopra (161st), India's Jyoti Randhawa (164th), GS Caltex Maekyung Open winner Bae Sang-moon of Korea (185th), and Chapchai Nirat of Thailand (198th).
