About the Course
Located just eight minutes away from China's World Trade Center and the Central Business District in Beijing (CBD), the demanding 7,353-yard par-72 Beijing CBD International Golf Club was designed by Brit Stenson and
officially opened in April 2005.
As the only TPC (Tournament Player Course) style course in Asia, the Golf Club fulfils US PGA requirements in both design and construction.
Among the major features of the course are large water hazards and long bunkers. One of the toughest finishing stretches in Asia includes the 476-yard par-four 17th followed by a truly great finishing hole, the 564-yard, par-five 18th, where the champion of the Volvo China Open will be crowned on Sunday 20th April 2008.
