Just ten minutes' drive from Luton Airport and 40 minutes from Heathrow. Road and rail links are also excellent - it's 3 miles from junction 10 of the M1 and 5 minutes from Luton Parkway station where there's a frequent 30-minute service into the City of London.

This, combined with the absence of sand bunkers, will produce a course that is flowing and aesthetically pleasing whilst the design will make for a very challenging course. About the
Course
All greens and tees have been built to confirm to USGA standards so will be free draining and allow play all year round.
Vast areas of wild flower pastures have been created to give the course a natural feel, taking away the over-manicured appearance of some modern courses.

Played this course on 29th July on a very wet and windy night for a twilight fee of £25 we finished all 18 holes starting at 5pm.
In general it's a nice course, greens and fairways lovely in wet conditions, nice layout with some interesting holes. The rough is very punishing and so is the water on some holes. Its a lovely setting with the mansion overlooking the course but still lacks something especially for £60 a round during the day. All of us said we would not pay that for a round there.
