A good mix of holes requiring more brains than brawn. It
was only let down by the greens, which were treacle slow the
two times I visited. Get the lawnmower out and there is a
very enjoyable day to be had here. Nick June 13, 2007
Long parkland course on rolling countryside high above the
Bedfordshire plains, with several water hazards. Laid out
on well drained sandy soil with many fairways lined with silver
birch, pine and larch.
This testing par 74 course is a links style golf course, with
water coming into play on the 6th and 7th holes. Derek Cooke
