Holes 18-hole course with panoramic views across the Vale of Aylesbury, along with the Monument on Coombe Hill as a backdrop. A chalk downland course, it enjoys excellent drainage and is playable all year round.

James Braid - Started out in 1906 as a 9-hole course on the Chequers Estate, the course was enlarged to 18 holes in the early 1930s.
Location On the edge of the Chilterns, near to the Chequers Estate, 1 mile W of Wendover.
Very easily accessible, Wendover Station is about a mile from the clubhouse and the route from London is via the A41 or the M40 Junction 6.
