The Good: The course is in good condition
with good quality greens. The front 9 can be quite challenging
but fair.
The Bad: 3 near identical par 3's together. Powerlines over
quite a few holes. Proximity to M25 and train lines means you
hear a LOT of noise. Back 9 has a few very easy par 4's - good
for the score, not for a challenge. The 18th makes up for that,
tricky to play on your first time.
To be fair - it's a nice day out for the price if you don't
let the noise get to you. AM August 14, 2005
