Gently sloping, mature parkland with several small lakes and carefully positioned bunkers
Course Reviews
Wavendon is a good place to learn the game. Good pros offer excellent tuition. The driving range is good but expect to hunt for the rubber tees you want. I haven't played the pitch and putt, but the 9 hole par 3 course is a challenging and interesting course for beginners and more experienced players alike. The 18 hole course is a good course for beginners but probably lacks sufficient challenges for more accomplished players. The greens are generally ok. My main gripe is that midway through April we are still expected to use artificial tees (a couple of which are broken - making tee shots tricky). What is wrong with the tee boxes?
