The first 12 holes were laid out on land available
in the Ferry Meadows Country Park and the remaining land on
flood plain reclaimed during gravel extraction.
The course was extended to a full 18-hole course in April 1987.

Reviews
Ferry Meadows is a beautiful flowing course with perfectly
maintained Fairways and Greens. Bunkers are very punishing
to clumbsy shots. Rough is very thick and punishing all adiing
to the personality of this superb Golf Course. Excellent for
beginners and more advanced golfers. Sami Ure April 28, 2006
