Played this course on a Saturday in August after a bit of heavy rainfall.
A decent pay and play 9 hole with 4 par 3's, 4 par 4's and a par 5, it was very quiet on the course when I was there.
In terms of condition it wasn't that fantastic- at £11.00 for 9 holes I've certainly played better, the bunkers were in need of a good raking as it was a bit soggy in the one I found my way into and there was a lot of standing water in others. The greens were true but slower and longer grassed than you'd expect. On the par 5 specifically the fairway at some points was 10-15 yards wide, with trees on one side and knee length rough on the other.
One of the holes runs alongside the driving range and there are countless range balls sitting along the fairway over the length of the hole which was a bit off-putting if of no genuine consequence.
