My Fiancee and myself played on this wonderful course on the 28th and 29th of June 2013.
We really enjoyed our first visit and had a good game.
Unfortunately, on the second occasion a group of 24 Austrian visitors spoilt the round. They were being taught the game on the course by several Pro's. It is good to see people taking up the game, but very slow play and a picnic while playing is too much.
We were in the following four tee times and the slow play almost lost our will to live. Had we not pulled out on the 15th tee we would still be there, if fact three ladies who were members, in front of us, came in after a game lasting 5 1/2 hours.
These visitors come 4 times a year, so check before you play.
We believe the pro shop staff should have been more helpful and informed players of the situation. Maybe the group concerned should have played in the afternoon after a mens competition had tee'd off around midday.
