The first 9 holes are in a pleasant parkland setting with good views of Penrice Woods and distant views of rural Cornwall. The return holes offer magnificent panoramic views overlooking St. Austell Bay.

The views are amazing and the fairways are in top condition!
The greens are kept in good condition and you won't be able
to refrain from looking at the views fom whatever hole you play!

Had the good fortune to pick Porthpean to play when on holiday recently. From arrival I could'nt have been more impressed, the staff were welcoming and the course was excellent. Without a doubt next time I'm in Cornwall I will head for Porthpean Golf Club. John Wathen June 7, 2010
