miles N of Derby off the A6 Duffield Road, the main entrance is north of the city centre between Allestree and Duffield.
I joined the club on 1 October 2004.
It is a friendly warm
and welcoming group of people who you feel like you have known
for years.
The course: Immaculate condition for the time of year. Having
played every Sunday since joining this week was the only week
when we putted on 18 winter greens, normally it is just 3 winter
greens. All in all a superb course with magnificent views over

A very picturesque spot but, rather like the rest of us,
was feeling the effects of the weather this February and greens
in poor condition, temporary pin positions spoiling four of
the best holes. One to re-visit in the summer/spring to discover

I played this course on the 6th may 06 which is the latest
time i have been twice before and i thoroughly enjoyed it
everytime, i will be visiting again, although it is a forgiving
course it still offers great competition, the par 5 here is
one of my favourite holes as it allows you to really let go
of yourself and test your limits, the greens are absolutely
fantastic, i am considering a membership here as i really
do enjoy the course along with the great views and relaxing
