About the course
"Bentley Brook meanders through the course to give special interest on several holes and the undulating moorland, with its trees, heather, ravines and gullies, provides for a very interesting and testing round of golf, enhanced by superb views down the Derwent Valley. The 11th fairway features the Cuckoo Stone, a gritstone rock on which the club motif is based."
