This superb, mature parkland course was established
in 1894 and is one of the finest courses in the North of England.
It is situated next to the Bishop of Durham's Palace and parkland
and enjoys splendid views across the Wear Valley. It offers
a good test of golf for all standards and a welcoming atmosphere
in the Clubhouse afterwards with full bar and catering facilities.
