Played Blakes for the first time today and the word to describe it is 'okay'.
There really isn't anything exceptional on the course, the fairways need more definition and generally the course needs some attention and some TLC.
The greens were good with consistent roll and virtually no bobbling, although they were slow - very slow.
The impression as we left we that it was okay, if someone said that they had a spare spot in a foursome I wouldn't have any objections to going, but I wouldn't rush to go back. There just isn't anything to grab your interest.

Blakes golf was in brilliant condition, the greens were possibly the best I've played this year! The 7th or 8th hole is and island green, which gives the course a great bit of character!
The food in the restaurant was superb! Can't be faulted.
