Course Reviews
First point is that as a visitor
the green fee is £36, so band E. Courses in the area average
around £25, so this was either going to be a cracking
course, or poor value for money. Thankfully it is a superb course,
in great condition, and with fantastic scenery. The wind was
blowing which I am told is a constant feature, which meant what
is a rather short course, 6056 yrds, play longer than it looks
on paper. The greens are quick and undulating, protected mainly
by bunkers, with a few needing shots over water to reach. I
still believe £36 is too expensive, but nevertheless would
still recommmend it to anyone. Russell May 2, 2006
