Course
Description
• The Championship County course: With four par 3s, nine par 4s, five par 5s, ten lakes and strategically placed bunkering give a spectacular beginning and finale to the round. The course provides a constant choice of shots for golfers of all standards.
• The Garden course offers a different challenge altogether. Its tightly guarded greens, tricky par 4s and attractive par 3s present an intriguing and popular challenge to beginners and experts alike.
Course Reviews
The county course is well set up and will keep you honest.
There are few opportunities to be waywardly long off the tee
and recover to par. Greens are in good condition throughout
the year. Rob Smith-Jones 11 February 2005
This is a very challenging course long hitters will do well
here if they keep it straight. wayward hitters will run into
plenty of trouble with lakes galore, long rough and plenty
of trees. faiways and greens are awesome all year round the
entire course is lush and green. Ed Johnson June 6, 2005
A long course, over 7000 from the whites and nearly as long off the yellows, it will test the even the biggest hitters. Some fairways were tight, others more generous, and some with water alongside but as its a hotel course the rough wasn't very penalising. I played in late October and the course was in superb condition with exceptional fairways.
Due to its location it doesn't get much passing trade so tee times are easy to get and it's not very busy.
Well worth a visit.
