| About Frinton |
The course features fast, firm, undulating greens test the best putters. Tidal ditches -, known locally as 'fletes', cross many fairways requiring accurately placed shots. The trademark of the links course, the ever-changing sea breeze, demands careful club selection on every hole. |

Its a
brilliant course which you have to play. The Carnoustie of
the south east.
Tom Wint
Fantastic course, great condition, weather always a challenge
making the course play different each round.
Liam Wilson September 14, 2004
I'm an Essex boy, have played lots of courses in Essex-
Frinton is, for me, the most beautiful course to be found
in the county. Not quite a links course, but you can hear
the sea more often than not!
