Reviews Nice course and with a lovely cafe next to it when you finish play.

Without a shadow of a doubt the most beautiful course in Essex, I took a camera to get some shots, ended up taking seventy in comparison head and shoulders above any other local course, if they could get a decent greenkeeper this would be a real gem.

I played this course last weekend for the first time. A lovely course with great surroundings. The course is very well maintained and is one of the best public course I have played. The course is very short though. Only two par 5's from memory. Well worth a round!

I played there on the 25-9-07, and i must say that it is lovely to look at but the condition of the course was poor. Nice flat greens and well kept on some holes in fairness but some greens were covered with sand before they had been spiked so u had the most un-even greens...... Generally the course is ok for begginers, or very high handicapers, many greens reachable if you hit a straight drive...They don't take CC or DC so make sure you take cash. i'd give this course 6/10.

Lovely treeline course in great condition, excellent quality for public course. Course is quite short only 2 par fives but still very enjoyable. Only moans are greens seemed a bit woolly and slow & also due to its popularity weekend rounds can also be quite slow. Recommend avoiding peak times.
