Location	Leave the M25 at Junction 29 and take the A127 towards Southend-on-Sea. Turn off at the Halfway House exit onto the A128 to Brentwood. South Essex Golf Centre is a few hundred yards on the right.

Course Reviews	Fantastic course definitely the best greens I have ever played on by far. If you want to test your long game accuracy give South Essex a try you won't be disappointed. Steve June 5, 2006 Played 08.07.09 fantastic course, played Heron & Hawk undulating course; all holes offer different hazards, greens well kept and true probably best kept pay & play course in local area. Tomo147 July 9, 2009 Played this course on Sunday. Tees were terrible, broken tees all over the place, (no bins!). Greens OK, fairways like concrete, bunkers unraked. 2 of us paid £76 for this privilege - won't be returning in a hurry and will be telling all our mates to avoid. Les Finn September 17, 2009
