Reviews
Overall, this is a very good golf course. The greenskeepers
are doing a great job of maintaining the course. The great
atmosphere, the friendly staff, the great shop and the yummy
bar food make this golf course a must. The price charged
is very attractive for the service you receive. All on all-a
cheap and excellent day out that i fully recommend!! Name not supplied January 3, 2006

This is a public course and is fully irrigated and well
drained being situated on a belt of sand and gravel running
through this part of Essex.
This is a well designed challenging course which has been
designed with both experienced and novice golfers in mind. Mike May 17, 2006
St Cleres hall is a well laid out golf course, and will
test the best players.
It is a shame that it is badly managed. It is lacking in
facilities both in the club house and on the golf course
overall we feel with a bit of attention and a small amount
of money spent in the club, course, car park. it could be
one of the best clubs in the area. Barry August 3, 2006
A great course with excellent facilities. Interesting par
3 9 hole, add bunkers and this would be a perfect short
game practice ground.
Main course and par 3 in excellent condition and a pleasure
to play, you can catch the odd off day when the greens have
been sanded. Name not given August 15, 2006
