Set in 200 acres of the rolling hills of South Weald and rated as one of the best golf courses in Essex.
Water hazards come into play on no fewer than eleven holes and the large fairway and greenside bunkers make playing at Weald Park an "exhilarating & unique experience".
About Brentwood Golf Club In August 2010, AAF LEISURE LIMITED took over Weald Park Hotel Golf and Country Club. After the takeover there werefundamental changes, the Golf Course was totally revamped and other golf club facilities replaced or refurbished.
Early 2014: Weald park Golf Club was taken over and renamed Brentwood Golf Club.
Club Comment "AAF leisure no longer run the golf club, we purchased it back in November off the previous landlord and now own the freehold of the land.
Since purchasing it, we have built a new spike bar, doubled the size of the men's locker room and relocated the kitchen to be able to hold bigger golf days and functions.
We're also working hard on the golf course with a £300,000 investment in new equipment to bring the course back to its previous condition when it was at its best. this includes new and reshaped bunkers, increasing the length and overall condition."
