This is a course surrounded by breathtaking scenery which makes for a memorable days golf. There are so many highlights it is difficult to choose but the par 5 first hole deserves a mention. Standing on the tee waiting to start you can see the Hannenkahm above Kitzbuhel. And in the distance the fairway vanishes through a tiny gap in the rocks and trees. Go too far right and you are blocked out. Too far left and water awaits.
Then there is the 3rd hole. Another par 5 but this time from an elevated tee. Looking back elevated is somewhat understated. It's like teeing off from the top of a cliff!
