Location
Cheverny is situated only 15 minutes south of the city of Blois and the A10 Motorway, in the heart of the Sologne region close to the famous Châteaux of the Loire Valley and is in fact itself part of the 142 ha estate of forest, meadows & ponds belonging to Château de Cheverny.
Take the "Autoroute A 10" Blois exit, towards Vierzon-Châteauroux, and follow the signs to Cheverny.

The Clubhouse is housed in an old renovated farm:
- The 19th
- The Brasserie (open to 3.30 pm)
- The "Rousselière" Restaurant overlooking the terrace, the lake and the course where you can sometimes spot the odd deer.
They are all open for lunch all year round & also for dinner June 15th-September 15th - Groups should book ahead.

The most difficult hole here may be the Par 4 382-metre long 10th where you will have to avoid the lake all along the left with your drive, the stream crossing the fairway & the 4 bunkers protecting the green with your second shot.
The most beautiful may be the 17th.
