Course Designer Dreamt by industrialist Baron Marcel Bich (of the Bic empire) and his Japanese trading partner, Mr Yoshiaki Sakurai, Les Bordes was designed by American architects Robert Von Hagge and Jim Shirley. It opened in 1986.
Location Set in the perfect forest seclusion of the Sologne (famous for its hunting grounds), 35 km south of Orléans or 2 hours South of Paris, les Bordes is easily accessible by road from the A10 and A71.
NB: Les Bordes has its own helipad.
