A friendly informal club which has a very technical course strongly centred around water hazards, which make for an interesting thought provoking round.
Good points being that it is an interesting course, mostly undiscovered and hence quiet.
Bad points, be prepared to lose some balls and it is prone to flooding in times of much rain as drainage isn't great.
