Golf de Dunkerque Grand Littoral has gently undulating wide fairways made intimidating by its ditches and lakes. The layout of the holes is a reminder of the architecture of the famous Vauban.
"Dunkirk Golf is an unusual course which attracts golfers of all levels. The variety of flora and fauna and the panoramic views of the surrounding Flemish countryside are an added bonus for those who like to combine sport and the joys of nature."

Reviews
If you're used to the standard of Belle Dune, Le Touquet or Hardelot, Dunkerque is definitely not for you. Although the clubhouse and facilities were of a high standard, the general course condition on the day we visited (July 2005) was tatty! ... Having been used to the other golfing delights of this region as aforementioned, this course is not even close to being in the same class. I can categorically state that I will never play it again! Despite the review on your details page three of us tried it out in mid September 2005. We were to find the course very pleasant indeed not as tight and demanding as Hardelot but certainly much better than your previous reviewer suggested. The greens were superb despite a downpour just before we arrived. Keith Dunster October 30, 2005
Tough course in great condition and good value for money food! Kevin May 25, 2009
Played this course with 11 others on Sunday 11th October 2010. Unanimous view was that it was excellent value for money with brilliant greens. Although late autumn, it put Belle Dune and St Omer in the shade (St Omer's Greens, sadly, were poor this time of year). Unusual layout, with stone retaining walls to the front of some greens, so chip and run sometimes not an option, but I would recommend it as something just a little different.
