Charming Gite, with Hot Tub, close to Cognac and Golf
This 2 bedroom gite sleeps 4 people and is ideal for golfers, be you golfing couples, friends or couples with only one playing partner. It is based in a small hamlet within a 10 minute stroll of the beautiful Charente river. Cognac is just a 5 minutes drive away as is the lovely Cognac Golf Course. The gite sits in the enclosed grounds of the owners' property, a former cognac distillery. It has a sunny, private south facing terrace and exclusive access to a very special hot tub in which you can relax all year round.

This is a poor course in terms of layout, its built on the side of a hill and they have crammed 18 holes into it. Some holes are simply stupid ! blind shots with no obvious fairway. Not recommended for anyone other than someone wanting to swing a club and strech the legs.
