This is a perfect resort course. Still young and with work going on to bring the greens up to top flight standard, but what a beautiful place. Set amongst the reed beds and inlets of the Adriatic with mountains and an historic monastery on the horizon this is good enough to test the best.
There is a lot of water here so bring your A game or else pack lots of balls. This is somewhere with real atmosphere. And having completed your round make sure you meet Francisco and his colleagues in the friendly and welcoming clubhouse who will be happy to serve you with some of the best food you will eat anywhere, certainly at any golf club.
Clubs can be hired here and should be on any golfers itinerary when visiting this historic and beautiful part of northern Italy.
