Directions: From the motorway A-18 Catania-Messina take the Fiumefreddo di Sicilia exit; then follow the S.S. 120 direction: Piedimonte Etneo, Linguaglossa, Randazzo. After 800 mts from the turning for Castiglione di Sicilia, on the left there are two big pine trees and the gate of Il Picciolo Golf Club.

The most beautiful golf course I have ever golfed on! Perched on the side of Mt. Etna, Il Picciolo offers a spectacular and scenic view for all 18 holes. A narrow course on many holes but challenging none-the-less. The staff is friendly and outgoing and offer a fabulous menu to the hungry golfer. I anxiously await my return to Sicily! A stunning golf course very tight but in great condition, most par 5's are short in length but are either dog legs or up hill, position is paramount on this course. Ian Butcher March 12, 2007
