All 3 courses of 9 holes offer a different challenge to the golfer. The majority of holes are in individual locations and no 'up-and-down' golf as happens in many golf clubs.
The newer, longer, Grouse course, can be very tricky, especially if the breezes come from behind you on certain holes, then 2 lakes comes into play.
The Atlantic is a shorter course, but good course management is essential to score well. The holes are not long but require good technique and bravery to score well.
The Guadiana course, Hole 4, par 5, is a 'hole you must play before you die' and is in noted in the book of that name.
I have a lot of experience of these 3 courses as I live on the complex and play there most days.
