Reviews
The design of this course is excellent and the views outstanding, especially on the front 9. However, the greens are not of the same standard. The greens are Bent and were unacceptably slow the day I played, although they suffered by comparison, having played the slick Bermuda of Costa Adeje the day before. All the greens had many unrepaired pitch marks and were generally bumpy and rough, with a suggestion of crowning on many holes.
I'd expect better greens on courses charging a third of the Abama green fees. It is a pity because the condition of the greens is in complete contrast to the rest of the experience at Abama - challenging and interesting golf in beautiful surroundings.
