"From a commanding position in the Cotswolds, breathtaking views are available over an area taking in the Forest of Dean, Severn Vale, the Malverns - and beyond to the Black Mountains and the Brecons."...
'The starting hole, at 558 yards in length, was once the longest first in the country. At the 9th, historic Roman works punctuate the terrain. On arrival at the 8th, you will have reached the highest point in the Cotswolds.
The 13th is a tremendous par 5 - with its green at the centre of an Iron Age fort. Encircled by an earth bank and a ditch, it is probably the world's oldest man-made golf hazard!"
