About the course

Huge banks of pine trees tower above the 16th, 17th and 18th holes and the course enjoys the sort of setting usually reserved for the most exclusive of clubs.
Opened in 1921 the course offers a true test of your golfing ability.

Course Reviews

This golf course is fun and challenging and there is always a suprise lying in wait. There are some long holes which will challenge the mid handicapper and placing your tee shots on the fairways is a must on some holes. This course seems to get better the more I play it. If you haven't played it yet I suggest you do, you won't regret it.
Name not suppled

Part of Birmingham's Golf Link circuit which is made up of 7 courses. Out of the 7 this is probably the most demanding. Fairways are well maintained even playing of winter tees. The greens play very fast. Would recommend to anyone.

Played it today for the first time (12/08/06) and thought it was a very challenging course.
My favourite hole was the 11th, a 244 yard par four (off the yellow tee). It's up a hill, and protected by 3 bunkers in front of it (left/middle/right), so a good tee shot is essential. Managed to birdie it after chipping in from the back of the green.
There isn't a bad hole on the course in my opinion, and as Claire says, the fairways and greens are really good, made some of our bad drives look half good :).
£13.50 per game at the moment (on the weekends).
They cook a good breakfast too for £3.50.
