played the course back in late September with 6 mates and all I can say is what a little hidden gem the course is. There are a varity of holes where you have to think rather than just stand and deliver with the big stick. The greens had been recentley done but they were in a fair condition and this did not distract from the quality of this little gem of a course. The track off the main road seems to go on for ever but you finally come to the course. The staff are very friendly and helpful and it worked out at £16.30 each to play so all I can say is go and find this course and tee it up.

What a gem of a course. Played Little Lakes on 01/07/2012, received a warm welcome from the Pro, Mark; course was in fantastic condition, a great challenge with some lovely holes, some of which are blind and tucked away (some lovely views). Greens were true and fairways were fine. All four of us had a very enjoyable day, as good as any other course in the immediate area, including Wharton Park. There is not a bad hole on the course, definitely worth a visit and a well worth the green fee. I would recommend buggies for those less mobile.
I do not usually leave reviews, but thought that this one was fully deserved, THANK-YOU for a brilliant days golf. Bar food and beer also good...
We WILL be back.
