Porters Park is a tough but fair test of golf. On six occasions it has been a regional qualifying course for the Open Championship and is the home of the England Boys' Malcolm Reid Trophy, the King George V Coronation Challenge Cup for Men and the Ladies' Centenary Challenge Cup.

Nice course, nice setting, great facilities, but the fairways
are a bit poorly kept in places and different greens have
different paces sometimes (but it's all good fun). Overall
it's a fairly challenging course so I recommend it to anyone

Brilliant course I would say its in the top 3 for the county

Upgraded in 2004 and 2005 Porters Park is one of the top
5 courses in Hertfordshire having received an award in the
2004 golf monthly regional rankings. An excellent challenge
in top condition the course is on the Open Championship regional
qualifying rota. Home of the King George Vth Trophy and the
English Boys Malcolm Reid Trophy, Porters has also held the
English girls championships and numerous County events in
