The "Masters" course offers a number of different visual aspects. Some will have a distinctly links feel with gorse and high level fescues. In other areas over 10,000 mature trees are being planted.
All fairways have a drainage and irrigation system for all year round play. Greens
conform to USGA specification. Water features predominantly across the course. Noteworthy is the water feature that fronts the 18th green which is a signature "S" shape in honour of Seve, this hole will probably rank as one of the hardest finishing holes anywhere in the UK.
The "Challenge" course is constructed to the same high standard as the "Masters" course with the same set of principles in terms of natural appearance, water features and playing characteristics.
