It is situated in the heart of the lakeland district of
County Cavan, which is a mecca for fishing enthusiasts. As
well as the variety of mature trees which frame this attractive
parkland layout, the club is famous for its many rhododendron
bushes, dotted throughout the course. While pleasing to the
eye, the foliage provides some tricky hazards for the hapless
golfer.
The closing 6 holes are an exacting challenge for both the
handicap & professional golfer alike.
