Course Reviews

Superb new course designed by Seve Ballesteros. Best tee box's I have played off in Ireland.
Long course, extraordinary bunkers with weird geometric shapes, good greens. The course did not have a natural park land feel and it is obvious there was much earthmoving. I liked the par 4 9th with bunkers on the right and a lake to the left as you approach the green, also the par 4 12th, again bunkers on left with green on the edge of the lake on the right. The terrain is a bit flat and sterile with a lot of very young trees, however this course will be great given time to mature. Very modern club house, probably the most elaborate of the whole trip, excellent facilities.
