The Club was first established in 1894, it moved 'house' on five occasions and finally settled in 1935 on the magnificent rolling hills at Belvedere where it has been ever since. It was designed by James Braid.

The Mullingar Club house is set on an slight elevation from which there are panoramic views over the course.
Services and facilities include modern locker and shower rooms, lounge bar and full or bar food catering.
Fully stocked golf shop managed by resident professional.
Clubs can be hired through the golf shop as well as ride on buggies and pull trollies.
It hosted the Irish Professional Championship in 1952, and again in 1959 and 1965. The Irish matchplay championship was played at Mullingar in 1972.

Greens are immaculate and the fairways tight..Mature course a true parkland course tht sets the standards..
