Course Designer
Originally designed by the renowned architect, Harry Colt, in the 1920s. Recently redesigned by Martin Hawtree, son and grandson of world famous golf course designers.
Location
Royal Dublin is situated on an island on Dublin Bay and access to Bull Island is via the famous wooden bridge (or the causeway for tour buses). (Short taxi-ride from any of the capital’s hotels).
A natural home for a fine links course, Bull Island is also home to flora and fauna that are a great pleasure for all visitors to the island.
Royal Dublin has hosted many championships both professional and amateur.
