The greens are some of the fastest and truest in the area,
although a little hard to hold on. Unfortunately, we were
off mats on every hole, which did make driving hard. However,
it is a very nice course, and should not be underestimated
(Nice eagle on the first, DAZ!) Chris Jones March 21, 2005
I think the fairways are in good shape, the tees are looking
good, but the best bit is the greens. They are rolling very
well and are holding too. I think the course is in brilliant
shape and the greenkeepers have done well to get the course
in that condition. Dan Peat April 25, 2005
Do not be fooled by the short yardage on this course. If you don't hit straight, you could be in for a tough time as several trees and hedges line the fairways of this challenging course. The 1st will make you think about your drive. The 5th sums up the course - not the longest par 5 in the world but stray either left or right at your peril. The parallel par 5's of the 9th and 15th will inevitably present you with a wind that makes them both feel 150 yards longer! Tip... the River Medway situated to the north and visible on some holes acts as a ball magnet when putting out on some of the quicker than expected greens. Tony Shed October 1, 2009
