I recently (September 2006)
had an opportunity to play at this course for free at an open day, and I was blown
away. The course is extremely well maintained, with the best and fastest greens
I've played on for ages. It is also LONG. If you don't like walking, then don't
bother going there.. or alternatively, hire a buggy. Fairways are in top condition,
nice scenery and very challenging for high handicappers. But the best golf I've
played for a long time.
Normally costs £20 for a fourball on a weekday,
which is less than other local courses which are no better in terms of quality.

I have played Parkwood many times and
it never gets any easier winter or summer. Recently moved to Saudi Arabia, golf
here just is not the same, pro am weekend is a great time and hopefully we will
