Course Description Laid out in beautiful, undulating Wealden parkland with magnificent views. A challenging course with several difficult holes. Has reputation as the friendliest private members' club in Kent. Always a warm welcome.
Club Comment In recent years TGC has adopted a "we never close" policy, with the use of winter greens being kept to a minimum, please phone for course condition report, option 1.

Reviews
The first of 6 courses on our golfing tour of England.
A lovely course to play at, nice views all round.
Some really nice memorable holes, challenging to all level golfers.
The course and greens were in pretty good condition; definitely the best of the 6 courses we played at in England.
A small but pleasant club house with decent beer and food.
We will definitely recommend this course to golfing friends that intend to visit England and will sure be coming back ourselves.

In the summer this is a nice course, quite short but you will find it hard to play to your handicap. The greens are small and do not hold the ball so a good short game is essential. In the winter, steer clear, poor temporary greens and mats are the norm. There is no rationale in the tee placings often some holes are closed!
Value for money in the summer, play elsewhere in the winter.

An absolutely delightful course. I played last week and am playing again today, as I enjoyed it so much. At only £15 per 18 midweek after 2pm this is a real bargain. Strongly recommended for all golfers.
