Just called for the third and final time. 3 times within the so-called opening hours and shut every time. The idiot who runs it has totally wasted my time and fuel!!

This is the worst range in the country. A rude, arrogant old man turns up when he wants and has the worst attitude i have ever come across. The bays are too small and the mats are terrible. Balls are cracked and old and you can only get fifty. More often than not he isn't even their forcing customers to sit in the car park waiting, and when he turns up its like he is doing you a favor. A truly terrible range with truly terrible staff. AVOID

Very poor! I arrived to hit a few golf balls after a journey of around 5 miles only to be told that he had run out of balls as he had had a very busy day! Then a 'regular' customer arrived to be given a token! I was told it was the last one available and he had saved it for a 'regular' customer. If he really had run out of balls he could have gone out on to the range and collected 50, after all you could think he would want my money. The balls are awful too, avoid at all costs!

Terrible driving range. Little old nasty bloke threw two tokens at me, range was empty (surprised!) mats were in less than poor condition with barely a rubber tee to be had. Halfway through I'm hitting a 3 wood down the range about 200 yards and he said I was hitting them over the fence so I picked an 7 iron up. he left.
As I was leaving he said "Make it your last visit" I said what for? He said hitting it over the fence. No notices up that say irons only.
No wonder companies go out of business. Avoid at all costs!

This is the worst driving range facility I have ever been to. The old man that runs this place clearly doesn't care about his job. He will never allow you to have more than one token because he can't be bothered to do his job properly and collect the balls off the field. To be honest he may not be there at all when you arrive (might not be a bad thing) he only lives 2 mins away and often just shuts up shop during opening hours with nobody to serve paying customers. Only last week I had to wait 15mins after I arrived because he was out on a little trip, only to be told when he got back I wasn't allowed the 2 tokens I had waited patiently for, I was only allowed the one. If anything, some sort of discount should have been offered as an apology for persistently leaving during opening hours. How can you just turn away custom like that, sheer bone idleness that's how. I would urge everybody to steer well clear of this place and go and spend your hard earned money some where else no matter how far you have to go.

Absolutely disgusting customer service at Bardsley Park.
The man behind the counter (not the Pro) is one of the rudest people I've ever met. He will often only let you have one token as his 'machine is broken' and seems to go out of his way to be rude to customers.
I'd rather travel further than hand my money over to Bardsley Park Golf Centre.

I have previously been to this range and appreciated the customer service. Today we were treated with utter disrespect by the individual behind the counter. Simply put my friends and I were refused entry because of our skin colour. I hope this individual can look beyond colour as he may not encounter understanding individuals as us next time. I will not be entering this place again or recommending it to anyone.

We have just got back from this golf centre having experience the worst form of discrimination off this individual who was supposed to be the owner. He was rude, disrespectful and completely out of order simply because our skin colour was not the same as his!
We live in the 21st century! These things should not be happening! Disgusted by this old mans attitude and arrogance..and on top of that..as we were leaving, he phoned, his 'posse' came outside and I quote "few lads are here, and we may have some trouble" an he made sure we heard as if to scare us!
I mean whaaaaaat! We went to hit a few balls, not to create confrontation! This guy Is unreal..I'd rather throw my money away than give it to people like that..put me off golf altogether..excellent day out!
Thank you Bardsley Park! Never again.

The worst experience in golfing, never thought we would be subject to discrimination on a golf range. As we waited outside the old man came out on his phone saying "few lads are here and we may have some trouble" this was before we even went in. I dont know if this guy is just a horrible person or it was the colour of our skin. He simply refused to serve us.
Nothing we could do but leave. For anyone planning on going here, go somewhere else.

The owner of this course really needs to work on his 'customer service' skills. I had parked in 'his' space (which is not marked) and I received a load of verbal abuse from him. He seriously needs to get a grip. My friend has experienced his bad manners on several occasions.
In the end we didn't play, why would anyone want to give money to someone with an attitude like that? We went to CASTLE HAWK in Castleton, which is much better value for money, and treats its customer with the respect they deserve.
