I have previously been to this range and appreciated the customer service. Today we were treated with utter disrespect by the individual behind the counter. Simply put my friends and I were refused entry because of our skin colour. I hope this individual can look beyond colour as he may not encounter understanding individuals as us next time. I will not be entering this place again or recommending it to anyone.

We have just got back from this golf centre having experience the worst form of discrimination off this individual who was supposed to be the owner. He was rude, disrespectful and completely out of order simply because our skin colour was not the same as his!
We live in the 21st century! These things should not be happening! Disgusted by this old mans attitude and arrogance..and on top of that..as we were leaving, he phoned, his 'posse' came outside and I quote "few lads are here, and we may have some trouble" an he made sure we heard as if to scare us!
I mean whaaaaaat! We went to hit a few balls, not to create confrontation! This guy Is unreal..I'd rather throw my money away than give it to people like that..put me off golf altogether..excellent day out!
Thank you Bardsley Park! Never again.

The worst experience in golfing, never thought we would be subject to discrimination on a golf range. As we waited outside the old man came out on his phone saying "few lads are here and we may have some trouble" this was before we even went in. I dont know if this guy is just a horrible person or it was the colour of our skin. He simply refused to serve us.
Nothing we could do but leave. For anyone planning on going here, go somewhere else.

The owner of this course really needs to work on his 'customer service' skills. I had parked in 'his' space (which is not marked) and I received a load of verbal abuse from him. He seriously needs to get a grip. My friend has experienced his bad manners on several occasions.
In the end we didn't play, why would anyone want to give money to someone with an attitude like that? We went to CASTLE HAWK in Castleton, which is much better value for money, and treats its customer with the respect they deserve.
