Played in their Mixed Open on 19th May. The course was very wet with little or no grass on the fairways but plenty of moss. The greens were some of the worst I have ever played on. There are a lot of blind tee shots making it very dangerous as you don't know who or what is over the hill. Not recommended.

Very good fairways and greens, difficult when the wind gets up. Lots of blind tee shots. Spectacular views of the Penines.
Darren Saul (Pre 2010)

Open to the elements, a great challenge, always in excellent condition, some blind drives, as tough a 69 par as anywhere in east Lancashire. Friendly bar, well stocked Pro's shop. Open all year round.
